Bruce is a Principal in Timmons Group’s Water Infrastructure Practice, where he leads teams through the full lifecycle of water and wastewater projects—from planning and design through permitting and construction. With over a decade of experience, Bruce brings a deep understanding of both technical challenges and stakeholder priorities. He plays a key role in resource management, client collaboration, and community engagement. Bruce is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and an Associate DBIA Professional. His leadership extends to the industry, where he previously served as Chair of the VWEA/VA-AWWA Young Professionals Committee.
